With 18 years of working with talent in multiple industries, Jane Mehringer started her career as an International Radio and Television Society Fellow in New York City and continued to work in television production for several years, most notably for Saturday Night Live and Sony Pictures. Through her work with interns to executives, she discovered her passion to develop others.
Since then, Jane has expanded her corporate and coaching experience. She worked with an executive search firm before building the global campus recruiting function and program management areas at Credit Suisse and MetLife. Through these engagement initiatives, she successfully delivered a top standard of talent identification and significantly increased employee retention rates.
In higher education, Jane served as the Associate Director of Career Services for the Business School at Elon University, advising over 2,000 undergraduate and graduate students. Currently, Jane works as a part-time Career Coach and Professional Development and Career Planning Course Instructor at NC State's Poole College of Management.

Jane's volunteerism includes several executive roles for the North Carolina Association of Colleges and Employers (NCACE) that span over a decade, including President, Conference Co-Chair twice and Professional Development Chair.
